9-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1896. Designed by Cleverdon & Putzel as a warehouse with brick and terra-cotta facing, it has a roof gable with eleborate ornament at the top. It has four narrow bays between the beige brick end piers, which are banded on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is white-painted cast-iron, with elaborate caps on the columns supporting an elaborate storefront cornice. The 2nd floor has elaborate terra-cotta window surrounds and narrow Ionic cast-iron columns. Above a dentiled and bracketed band course with medallions, the upper floors have wider side piers and decorated cast-iron pilasters between the windows. The brick spandrels are ornamented with terra-cotta medallions. The 9th floor has round-arched windows; above is a roof gable with elaborate terra-cotta ornament.

The exposed upper portion of the south elevation is clad in brick, with a few windows and a projecting chimney. The building housed small manufacturers through most of the 20th century before being converted to condominiums in 1985. The ground floor is occupied by Screaming Mimi's boutique.
