5-story residential building completed in 1887. Designed by William Schickel & Co. and Richard Berger as a store-and-loft building, the Crosby Street facade spans 12 bays, with green-painted fluted columns and pilasters on the ground floor. The windows have green-painted, flat sills and lintels, with metal shutters on the southernmost bay. A green metal bracketed roof cornice caps the Crosby Street facade. The fire escape on Crosby Street was installed in 1968.
The Lafayette Street facade matches the Crosby side, but with a large advertisement covering a portion of the upper left side. The entire south elevation is covered by a large advertisement. The building remained in industrial use until around 2000, when it was converted to rental apartments. The ground floor is occupied by Happy Paws, and Win Restaurant Supplies.
