5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1878. Designed by Stephen Decatur Hatch as a store-and-loft building for Thomas H. Suckley. The Suckley family retained ownership until 1945. The building's upper floors were occupied by manufacturing lofts until the 1980s, when they were converted to apartments. The facade is clad in red brick, with eared stone lintels over the windows, and connected stone sills. A red-painted metal fire escape is on the southern elevation, with full-width landings. The ground floor is occupied by Bleecker Kitchen & Co., and Sweetwater Social.
