5-story cast-iron Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1875. Designed by D. & J. Jardine as a store and warehouse, it is four bays wide and clad in cream-colored cast-iron above a modernized ground floor storefront. The upper floors have elaborately ornamented piers with fluting, guttae, and foliation. The window bays are shouldered, with the middle bays grouped together. There is sunburst detail above the 5th-floor window, and a crowning iron roof cornice with bead moldings, scrolled brackets, and floral designs.

The original crowning pediment with urns was removed from the center of the roof between 1898 and 1910, by which time the building was occupied by manufacturing lofts. The rear elevation at the alley is clad in brick and cast-iron columns at the ground floor, with a metal fire escape and corbelled parapet. The ground floor is occupied by OMG clothing.
