6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1859. Designed by John B. Snook as a store-and-loft building, it's main facade on Broadway is four bays wide. The ground floor has white, fluted, cast-iron columns. The upper floors are clad in blue-grey brick, with smaller, paired, fluted Corinthian columns between each bay, supporting molded architraves and round-arches with decorative carvings and keystones. A small dentil course sets off each floor. The facade is crowned by a white bracketed and dentiled roof cornice, and a blue-grey iron fire escape runs down the left half.

The rear facade on Crosby Street was rebuilt in the mid-1900s. It is clad in brick, with glass blocks at the ground floor. The upper floors each have a band of four windows, with an iron fire escape covering the northern three. A brick parapet with stone coping caps the roof line. The building was converted to loft apartments in 1980. The ground floor is occupied by David Z Footwear.
