4-story Federal/Italianate mixed-use building completed in 1829 as a 3-story house. It was raised to four floors in 1864. Later the building's lower floors were converted to commercial space and large show windows were installed at the basement, first and second stories, and a full-height rear addition was constructed. The building was used for many years as a factory, and is now in mixed use, including retail, office and residential.

It is three bays wide, with 2-story show windows between black-painted Corinthian cast-iron columns. In the center bay, a set of steps leads down to the basement entrance, while the main entrance is atop a metal stoop at the right. The upper floors are clad in white-painted brick, with brownstone sills and lintels. At the top is an elaborate carved black wooden roof cornice with foliate brackets, paneled frieze, and dentils. The show windows and cornice wrap around from Bond Street onto the alley facade for one bay. The rest of the alley facade has a simple brown wooden roof cornice and a wrought-iron fire escape; there is a freight entrance in the northernmost bay.
