6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1903. Designed by Richard Berger as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in red brick and white stone (painted dark grey on the ground floor). It has large corner piers, with smaller piers separating the recessed windows. There are stone cornices above the 2nd & 4th floors, and a black metal roof cornice with brackets and dentils. The exposed eastern wall is clad in plain grey stucco. The building served as a factory from around 1918 until it was converted to apartments in 1970. During the renovation, protruding metal balconies were added to the two main facades.
