8-story Neo-classical residential building completed in 1899. Designed by Neville & Bagge as a commercial loft building, it is clad in stone with rustications. The four bays of windows have complete stone enframements, with triangular pediments over the outer windows of the 3rd floor. The 7th floor windows are round-arched, and those on the top floor have keystones at their tops. A black metal fire escape covers the left three-quarters of the facade, which is crowned by a bracketed roof cornice with a broad triangular pediment. The west wall, exposed over the short neighboring building, is clad in brown brick. The ground floor is occupied by Moncler Italian winterwear.
