4-story residential building completed in 1854 as a store-and-loft building. There was a major alteration to the facade after a 1874 fire. The current iteration has a cream-painted cast-iron ground floor (with painted brick infill on the north end), with Corinthian capitals on the pilasters, and tan brick on the upper floors. The seven bays of windows are segmental-arched, with triangular pediments above the 2nd floor outer windows, and projecting cornices over the outer windows of the 3rd & 4th floors. The second to northernmost bay has been bricked-in. A metal fire escape spans the three center windows, and the facade is topped by a metal roof cornice with a triangular pediment in the center. The ground floor is occupied by Marni boutique.
