7-story residential building completed in 1872. Designed by Julius Boeckell as a 5-story store and storehouse, it is clad in tan stone above a white-painted cast-iron ground floor with Ionic columns. The windows are segmental-arched, organized into two identical halves of three bays each. Two set-back additional floors were added in 2004 when the building was renovated into condominiums. The building retains the original twin broken pediments above the fifth story. The ground floor is occupied by Roundabout New & Resale Couture and 3.1 Phillip Lim boutique.
