6-story American Round Arch-style residential building completed in 1883. Designed by Stephen Decatur Hatch as a store-and-lofts building, it is clad in reddish-brown brick above a ground floor is grey-painted brick, stone and metal. The upper floors have segmental-arched windows with radial brick headers. An iron fire escape cover the center of the facade. It was originally leased to the Empire Steam Laundry Company, which occupied the building for several decades. The ground floor is occupied by Francois Payard Bakery.
