3-story Arts-and-crafts style residential building originally completed in the late 1800s as a hat factory. The facade was replaced in 1923 with one of dark red brick with white brick eared lintels and sills with corbelled feet, designed by Ferdinand Savignano. At that time the building was converted to an automobile repair shop and artificial flower factory. Later, the lower two stories were largely reconfigured, floor levels altered, and storefront infill installed, as well as a rooftop addition. The ground floor is occupied by NEGrill.
