6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1899. Designed by Michael Bernstein as a tenement, it is clad in white brick and brown terra-cotta, four bays wide. The 2nd-floor windows are segmental-arched with tall, splayed headers and scrolled keystones. Carved terra-cotta panels decorate the spandrels between the 3rd & 4th, and 5th & 6th floors. The 5th-floor windows are round-arched, and the building is crowned by a metal roof cornice. The fire escape was added in 1938. The ground floor is occupied by The Little Lebowski T-shirt shop and Best Cleaners.
