4-story Greek-revival residential building originally completed in 1834 as a 3.5-story townhouse. it was raised to four full floors in 1880, and given a Queen Anne-style cornice. It is clad in red brick above a stone basement. A modest stoop leads to a white-painted doorway framed by pilasters. The windows have white frames, sills and cornices on top. A black metal fire escape runs down the 3-bay facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice. The basement is occupied by The Dove restaurant.
