6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1902. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein as a tenement, it is clad in dark red brick with white brick and grey terra-cotta ornament. The two end bays and four center bays have the 2nd-3rd and 4th-5th floor windows grouped with white brick quoins, topped by ornate stone pediments (rounded at the 3rd floor, triangular at the 5th). They also have corbelled brick panels between the floors in each grouping. The two mid sections between these have splayed stone lintels with scrolled keystones, and black wrought-iron fire escapes. There is also a stone band course across the base of the 4th floor. At the roof line is a plain brick parapet.
