7-story Neo-Classical residential building completed in 1901. Designed by Michael Bernstein as a tenement, it is clad in grey brick, with the facade split into two 4-bay halves. The structure extends through the block to Minetta Lane, and has its original basket-style fire escape landings. The windows have a variety of stone ornament, including splayed lintels with scrolled keystones, full stone enframements with small cartouches, and round-arches on the 6th floor. The facade is crowned by a red-painted bracketed metal roof cornice. The ground floor on MacDougal Street is occupied by Panchitos Mexican restaurant.
