6-story Colonial-revival residential building completed in 1925. Designed by Sommerfeld & Sass as a tenement, it is clad in ironspot brick, with an angled prow facing the intersection. The ground floor has a lighter shade of brick, with a black granite water table. It is topped by a stone band course above a pattern of white stone squares. The upper floors project out over the entrance at the corner.

The south facade on Bleecker is nine bays wide, with wider end bays. The west facade on Sixth Avenue spans eleven bays, also with wider end bays. There are quoins of the same brick at the outer bays, and a stone band course below the top floor. The two outer windows on the top floor have triangular stone pediments, and a black metal fire escape runs down the Bleecker facade. During the 1940s, a factory partially occupied the building. The ground floor was occupied by American Apparel until its bankruptcy; is now occupied by Le Pain Quotidien. As of 2018, the front exterior above the doorway appears to have a piece of Pacman street art by the artist Invader.
