6-story residential building completed in 1996. Designed by Susan Melamud, it has a pre-cast concrete ground floor, with the upper floors clad in orange brick. Each upper floor has a double-paned window on the outside, with the center having a large four-paned window with wide stone sills. The center window of the 2nd floor is topped by a rounded concrete arch, while those on floors 3-5 have iron railings in front of them. The outer windows also have flat stone lintels. Air conditioning vents are located below each of the left-hand side windows. The penthouse floor is set back from the roof line, and has plantings on top. Both the 5th and 6th floor roof lines have stone copings.
