6-story modernist residential building completed in 2000. Designed by Ron Melamud, it has four center windows grouped together and slightly recessed, and a pair of end bays with single windows. The red brick building features a large arch on the fifth story, topping the four center bays; there is a red metal railing across the lower part of the arch. The outer bays have air conditioning units below each window, as do one bay of the center windows. At the top floor, above the arch, there are six narrow windows in the center. A dentiled brick roof cornice caps the facade.
