 condominium, Romanesque (architecture), 1895_construction

6-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1895. Designed by George F. Pelham as a factory building, it is clad in tan brick above a cast-iron ground floor with a modern storefront. There is corbelled brickwork in the spandrels between floors, and the northernmost of the four bays of windows has been bricked-in. This bay also extends up past the roof line, housing elevator equipment. The top floor has round-arched windows in the three remaining bays. The north side wall is clad in tan and brown brick, and the rear facade is clad in white-painted brick, with three regular sized window bays, with a bay of smaller windows on the south end. The upper floors were converted to condominiums in 2007. The ground floor is occupied by MZ Wallace handbags.
