6-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1883 as an office building and warehouse. Designed by Henry Fernbach, it is painted bright white, with six bays. It has Corinthian columns, and round-arched windows with keystones on the 6th floor. The columns have fluted bases on the ground floor, but are reversed on the upper floors, with smooth bases and the rest of the column fluted. In the late 2000s, Joseph Pell Lombardi converted the building into condominiums, including an added rooftop penthouse. The building is the most elaborate on the block, with an intricate roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Proenza Schouler boutique.
