6-story residential building completed in 1909. Designed by Harry Dean as a warehouse. It was most likely used as a whiskey warehouse, possibly even a distillery, including an illegal one throughout the Prohibition period. In 1930 it was sold to Kinsey Distilling. It changed hands among various distilling firms and eventual sold to one that made medical grade alcohol. The building was renovated to residential use in 1981.

It is clad in orange brick, with stone banding on the ground floor piers. Gray cast-iron pilasters support a lintel, and there is a suspended metal awning over the ground floor. A built-up loading dock of red brick sits next to a small set of red brick steps leading up to the doorway. The 2nd floor has a projecting bay window with a large cast-iron lintel. Each of the upper floors has stone sill and lintel courses, and the facade is topped by a simple black roof cornice.
