5-story Neo-Grec cooperative-apartment building completed in 1888. Designed by William Graul as a stable, it is clad in red brick. The ground floor has brown cast-iron piers, with red-painted metal infill, and an exposed lintel with decorative bolt heads. The design of the upper floors incorporates vertical brick header patterns and rock-faced granite lintels and imposts which create horizontal accents of staggered bonds. A black iron fire escape runs down the facade, which is topped by a corbelled brick cornice.

Originally, stalls were located in the basement, the first story was used as a wagon room, and the upper floors were storage lofts. The building was converted to residential use sometime around the late 1970s.
