4-story residential building originally completed in 1808 as a 2.5-story house. In 1874, the building was enlarged to a 4-story tenement building with a commercial base. In 1898 the storefronts were replaced, and projecting show windows and an angled corner entrance were installed. Since the 1920s the base of the building has housed restaurants. The white stucco facing of the building was likely added in 1949. The ground floor has housed various restaurants since the 1920s, most recently a pizzeria. The most recent residential renovation occurred in 2006. The ground floor is currently occupied by Ivy's restaurant.
