6-story residential building completed in 1892. Designed by Matthew A. Ryan as a factory building, its simple facade is clad in red brick. The ground floor has brown cast-iron piers. The three windows on each upper floor have flat stone sills and lintels. The facade is topped by a black metal bracketed roof cornice.
it remained vacant for a few years before receiving a rear addition in 1895 and re-purposed as office space. During the mid twentieth century, the building was occupied by several dairy companies and was converted for residential use with a lobby at the ground floor in 1980.
