5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1869. Designed by John B. Snook, it is the westernmost of a row of four nearly-identical Snook-designed buildings. Above a grey-green cast-iron base, it is clad in red brick with white stone quoins lining each edge of the facade. The windows are segmental-arched brick headers featuring stone keystones and springers. The windows also have stone sill courses and corbelled feet. A narrow metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The iron cornice originally topping the 5th floor has been replaced by a patterned brick parapet. The ground floor has its original loading platform.

In the 1940s the present building contained butter and eggs wholesalers such as W.W. Elzea and the Kesten Butter& Egg Company; it housed Harry Wils & Co., Inc. wholesalers in eggs and dairy products, until the 1990s, when the upper floors were converted to apartments. The ground floor is occupied by Lovely Bride bridal shop.
