4-story Greek-revival residential building completed around the 1850s. It is clad in red brick above an olive green-painted cast-iron storefront with a modillioned cornice. The upper-floor windows have black-painted stone sills with corbelled feet and metal cornices. A black metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Reade Street Animal Hospital.
