5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1895. Designed by Alexis Reid McIlvaine as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in yellow-tan brick above a black cast-iron and glass storefront. The upper floors have thin brownstone banding on the piers, and brownstone sills and lintels on the windows. The top floor windows are round-arched, forming an arcade, and the facade is capped by a brown dentiled roof cornice. A brown metal fire escape runs down the right side of the facade. In the early-mid 1900s, the building has served both as a warehouse and small factory. It was converted to apartments around 1980.
