6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1896. Designed by John DeHart as a store and office building, it is clad in orange brick (brown on the side wall extending back along Staple Street). Above the ground floor, the brick facade on Jay Street has three bays per story, each containing two large square-headed window openings separated by metal mullions and spandrel panels. The flanking pilasters are trimmed in stone and terminate at the 5th floor in stylized Corinthian capitals. Metal cornices above the 2nd & 5th floors further enhance the design of the upper floors.

Early uses of the building included a fruit market and, later, a nut roasting factory. Today it is residential with a commercial base, occupied by ArtFlag flags and banners.
