5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1857 for physician Robert Buchan. The upper floors are clad in brick that has been faced over in beige stucco. Most of the projecting lintel moldings have been removed from the square-headed windows. The ground floor is painted light blue with cast-iron framing. The Greenwich facade also has an iron fire escape. In the late 19th century, the building housed coffee and spice dealers. It is currently residential with ground level retail. The ground floor is occupied by Dudley's Paw pet supplies, Myoptics opticians, a wine & liquor store, and a chicken & ribs restaurant.
