5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1870 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in light-grey stone, with four bays of segmental-arched windows that grow progressively shorter at each floor. The windows have stone sills and arched stone lintels. A metal fire escape runs down the west half of the facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice with large modillions. The ground floor is occupied by a Subway restaurant.
