5-story Italianate residential building completed about 1870 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in grey stone, with four bays of segmental-arched windows that grow progressively shorter at each floor. The windows have black-painted stone sills and arched stone lintels. A black metal fire escape runs down the left half of the facade. The roof cornice has been removed. The ground floor is occupied by Chambers Street Smoke Shop.
