3-story mercantile building completed around the 1860s. The upper floors are clad in brick, with a whitewash stucco veneer. The windows have green painted sills and cornices. A row of modillions running across the top of the 3rd-floor windows once supported a roof cornice. There is now a metal railing above the roof line, around a rooftop deck. A green canvas awning covers the grounds floor's wooden infill. The building is now occupied by the Reade Street Pub.
