12-story residential building completed in 1997. Designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group, P.C., it sits on an irregular site resulting from the diagonal intersection of Hudson and Reade Streets on its northerly corner then running south as an interior lot, fronting onto Chambers Street. Jacobs uses a courtyard scheme, so that the north and south wings of the building are linked by a "bridge" that spans the courtyard. The rounded northeast "Houseman" corner, while not common in New York, works well in this instance, to soften the transition of the bulk as the building moves around its irregular site. The facades are clad in white and salmon brick, laid in decorative patterns. On the south facade, the end bays are recessed, and the top floors are set back above the 7th floor. The window groupings are a mix of triples, doubles, and singles, with air conditioning vents below each group. At the north and east facades, the setback occurs above the 9th floor.

Tribeca Abbey contains 121 rental apartment units, and has an underground garage accessed from Reade Street. The ground floor is occupied by Kings Pharmacy, and Cafe Amore's Restaurant.
