5-story Neo-Grec cooperative-apartment building completed in the 1870s. The ground floor has dark-grey cast-iron, with fluted Corinthian columns, and a modillioned cornice. The upper floors are clad in grey stone. The windows grow progressively shorter at each floor, and have projecting stone sills with corbelled feet and stone cornices. A green metal fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a green metal roof cornice with large modillions.
