5-story residential building completed in 1831 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in red brick above a newer wood, metal and glass ground floor. The windows have stone sills and flat lintels, and the front facade is topped by a grey modillioned roof cornice. The east wall above the shorter adjoining building is clad in variegated brick, with a window cut in to the top left corner.
