7-story Neo-Renaissance residential building completed in 1901. Designed by Ralph S. Townsend, it was built as a spice warehouse, and converted to loft apartments. It is clad in tan brick, with rough stone bands on the outer piers at the first two floors. It has orange-colored iron infill, with glass block on the ground floor. On every floor, the windows are recessed between the piers, which have carved capitals at the top of the 6th floor. The top floor has corbelled brick parapets above and below, and a metal fire escape covers most of the facade.
