6-story Italianate residential building completed in 1858 as a store-and-loft building. The building's design is almost identical to that of 111 Chambers. Faced in sandstone above the first story, the facade has three arched window bays at each story, with emphasis given to the somewhat taller and wider center arches. The arches have molded archivolts and springers and there are molded sill courses beneath the windows. The facade is crowned by an iron cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Housing Works.
