5-story Italianate residential building completed around 1860 as a store-and-loft building, renovated in 2005. It is clad in brownstone, with three bays of segmental-arched windows above a black metal and glass storefront capped by a modillioned cornice. A black iron fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed metal roof cornice.
