6-story residential building completed around 1870 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in grey-painted brick. The three bays of windows have flat stone sills and lintels. A black metal fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Kitchenette Tribeca.
