5-story Italianate residential building completed around 1860 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in white marble above a ground-floor storefront that has been altered several times. The three bays of windows are segmental-arched, with corbelled feet on the sills. A black iron fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice with modillions, end brackets, and a paneled fascia board. The ground floor is occupied by Tribeca Hardware.
