5-story residential building originally completed as two separate structures in the mid-1800s, joined in 1938, and renovated in 2006. The facade is red brick above a black-painted cast-iron and stone ground floor. The square-headed windows have flat stone sills and lintels. The northern section of the building is slightly taller, and has a red metal fire escape. There is another red metal fire escape on the narrower Warren Street facade. Both sections are crowned by black metal modillioned roof cornices that date from when the buildings were joined. A concrete elevator bulkhead rises up from the joining point of the roof. The ground floor is occupied by NYC Check Express, JR Sushi, Revolution Eyes Eye Care, and West Broadway Cleaners.
