St. Petka Balgarska Church

By the will of Vanga (Vangelia Gushterova, as her birth name is) in 1994 the church St. Petka Bulgarska in the Rupite Locality, meters from the house where she received people. The church was built with funds from donations from people who have sought her advice over the years and are grateful for her help. The murals are by Svetlin Rusev and other contemporary artists. Due to the deviation from the canon, the church was not consecrated by the Bulgarian Orthodox Church.
