151-foot, 13-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1921. Designed by Rouse & Goldstone, it has a stone (ashlar) first floor and central doorway with a broken pediment. The brown brick walls are of Flemish bond, and the 3rd-floor windows have stone frames with Neo-Federal lintels. The 2nd and 12th floor windows are round-arched. A narrow string course crosses the base of the 5th and 12th floors. The top of the building is decorated with panels of interlocking circles. The eastern elevations are clad in yellow brick, and have a black metal fire escape.
