6-story, dark-red brick, Colonial Revival cooperative-apartment building completed in 1941. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman, it has several light courts breaking up the bulk of the building into multiple wings. Many of the elevations have metal fire escapes, and there are brick arches above the top-floor windows. The main entrance is located on 6th Avenue, recessed into one of the light courts, and framed by white pillars supporting a broken pediment. A stone string course runs below the top floor on most of the facades.
