It is located directly below the main entrance; the opening hours are the same as the park (Summer, 8.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.; Winter, 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.). There is a model of the site, locating the major monuments. Brochures (in Arabic, English, French, and Italian) are available from here, which give information on the monuments in Jarash and some of the surrounding archaeological sites.
