4-story residential building originally completed in 1850, likely very similar to the two Greek-revival townhouses to the east. The facade is clad in red-painted brick with a stone ground floor. The original parlor-floor entrance was replaced by a window, and the entry moved to the ground level when the stoop on the left was removed. The new entrance is set a couple steps down from the sidewalk, with a glass door in a simple surround. There are two windows to the right with green iron grilles.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with flat brownstone sills and lintels. Air-conditioning vents have been cut below the middle bay. The roof cornice has also been removed, leading a bare brick parapet. The building has been divided into apartments.
