5-story commercial building completed in 1915. It is clad in red brick above a ground floor with a metal-and-glass storefront that has a glass door on the right, and an entrance to the upper floors on the left with a grey metal-and-glass door. The upper floors have bands of metal-framed windows replacing the original industrial windows; they are arranged as two narrower panes alternating with three wider ones, with short upper panes above each. There are stone lintels and thinner sills at each floor. The brick roof parapet is stepped up at the center, with a metal coping on top, and has a trio of small square cutouts in the middle of the parapet. The ground floor is occupied by Pick-A-Bagel.
