5-story residential building completed in 1890. It is clad in light-grey brick above a ground floor lined with stone, metal, and glass storefronts. The main entrance is centered between the storefronts on 27th Street, with a metal-framed glass door, sidelight, and transom atop a step within a surround of tiny tiles.

The upper floors on the north facade have two bays of single-windows at the east end, followed by a double-window bay, a bay of smaller single-windows next to a regular-sized single-window bay, an even smaller bay of single-windows next to another bay of less-small single-windows, and a final regular-sized single-window bay near the west end. A black metal fire escape runs down the facade near the east end, and a metal coping marks the roof line.

The narrow west facade on the avenue has two bays of double-windows with another fire escape. The rear, east-facing facade has an older coat of darker grey paint, and two bays of single-windows at the edges. The ground floor is occupied by Burp Bowl Cafe, Tacos Grand Central, We Noodle, and Lex Grill and Juice Bar.
