5-story residential building completed in 1930. It is clad in variegated brick. At the east end the ground floor has a black stone-and-glass restaurant storefront. The upper floors on the east facade each have a triple-window with dark-grey metal mullions. There is an air-conditioning vent below each window.

At the west end on 27th Street the ground floor has a small storefront with a plate-glass window and a metal-framed glass door and sidelight. A third bay to the right has the main entrance, with a matching door slightly recessed between curved brick pillars. The upper floors have a single-window at the west end. The middle section has two smaller single-windows paired next to thinner but higher-set bathroom windows, and then farther out there is a double-window on either side. The roof line has a crenelated brick parapet with stone coping and metal railings between each stepped-up section. The ground floor at the east end is occupied by Bhatti Indian Grill, and at the west end by 787 Coffee.
